Grouting the Slab

Pressure  Grouting is the process where  the  existing  Concrete Slab / Beam surface is drilled to  half of its depth where ever required and later PVC nozzles will be inserted in to the drilled holes and the surface is packed by means  of using  Instant   Plugging   mortar SYSPLUG 954  &  the Cement slurry Mixed  with  Non – Shrink  Grout additive  SYSGROUT 654 is pumped through the packed PVC nozzles with   the help  of  140 PSI Grout  pump or 40 PSI Grout pump so that the voids present in the existing Concrete structure is filled with Cement Grout thus making the surface air tight.
